Online Coaching
Online training sessions can be conducted on a One-One basis from your home or gym over a virtual platform (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp Video, FaceTime, Teams).
I also offer a coaching service where we have regular updates to discuss your progress with your diet, training and/or lifestyle goals.
Exercise Programs
This is well suited to those who do not really need motivating and are happy training alone but just need a bit of help with how to structure an exercise/ training program based on their goals. This can work well for beginners too.
Nutrition Plans
How you fuel your body can quite literally be make or break. A nutrition plan can assist you to get the most out of your body by feeding it the nutrients it needs to achieve your health, fitness and lifestyle goals.
Lifestyle Consultations
Discuss all aspects of lifestyle including exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress management. These sessions can be helpful to get a baseline of where you are at, set targets and develop action plans to achieve your goals.
